Each registered participant will receive a 7 Wonders baseball hat and access to the post party.

$25 through Feb 3rd : $30 starting Feb 4th

Note that registration fees do not include Vail Mountain lift access.

START TIMES:
Lifts open at 8:30am! Give yourself enough time to hit all 24 lifts and make it to the party at Mountain Plaza from 3-5pm.

POST "Bragging Rights" PARTY/PRIZES:
Join us after the event, from 3-5pm at Mountain Plaza, to celebrate your success, discuss your strategy with other participants and win prizes.  Food and a beverage of your choice will be served (soft drinks for under 21 and beer for 21+). Prizes will be awarded at 4pm; prizes include an Epic Pass for the 2013-2014 season, Atlas Snowhoes, Vail Valley Foundation & Winter Mountain Games schwag.

NOTES:

All athletes, even those pre-registering on-line must sign liability and release waivers when checking in to receive their number.  We advise all athletes check in for their event the day prior to competing or at least two (2) hours prior to the start of their competition.  Event Registration is in the Grand View Room at the Southwest corner of the Lionshead Parking Structure.

All athletes must be present at check in to receive their number.  Numbers will NOT be given to friends, coaches or family members.

Organizers will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, or misdirected registrations or for registrations not received for any reason, including, without limitation, failure or malfunction of any communications network or equipment or computer software or hardware.

Participants can use skis or snowboards for this event

For successful 7 Wonders ~ Conquer Vail completion, participant must ski/ride each of the 24 lifts listed on the credential.

No passes will be provided with entry fee to this event, it is the participant's responsibility to bring/purchase their own pass/lift ticket.

No tripping, shoving or horseplay will be tolerated and any registered participant engaging in foul play will be pulled from the course and disqualified.

Party begins at Mountain Plaza (next to Vista Bahn) at 3pm until 5pm. Each 7 Wonders participant can use their ticket to claim a drink, food and gift. There will be an opportunity to win an Epic Pass at the party (must be present to win).

General Rules and Information

DIRECTIONS TO START LINE: Participants can start from any point on Vail Mountain.

ELIGIBILITY: The Event is open to all interested participants regardless of state and/or country of residency.  Participants who are under the age of 18 must register with a parent or legal guardian.  Participants will be required to provide all their own equipment.  Further, participants must abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations during their participation in the Event.

ORGANIZERS: The Winter Mountain Games® ("Event") will be organized and produced by staff and contractors hired from and by the Vail Valley Foundation ("Organizers").  The decisions of Organizers regarding the selection and elimination of participants and the production and administration of Winter Mountain Games® related events, and all other aspects of the event, shall be final and binding in all respects. Organizers will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the event. 

PARTICIPATION: Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Organizers. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any persons found tampering with, or otherwise abusing, any aspect of the Event  as solely determined by Organizers.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, without limitation, acting in an unsafe, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and/or with intent to intimidate, threaten or harass, or harm another person.  All decisions with respect to the disqualification of a participant shall be made by Organizers and/or appointed judges.  Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a participants' disqualification and the forfeiture of their interest in any prize. Organizers reserve the right to amend these Official Rules at any time in its sole discretion, and participants shall have no recourse for any such changes or for any failure (whether inadvertent or otherwise) by Organizers to follow the stated rules.  In the Event or any portion of the Event is canceled prior to completion, no prizes will be awarded.  Any refunds are at the Organizer's discretion.   Participants will not be otherwise compensated for any costs or expenses associated with their participation in the competition.
